Synchronized Four Hand Massage

A four-hand massage, two therapists work on one client. A four-hand massage can be like experiencing two full body massages at the same time. Good massage therapists will use the client’s body as a form of canvas onto which they choreograph slow, detailed moves of varying paces and pressures. When two therapists and four hands hit your body, your mind reacts differently.They practice synchronized technical massage movements and apply the same pressure and pace on both sides of the body (left and right) which increases the level of muscle relaxation and massage benefits.

This is the traditional Ayurvedic Oil Massage which involves two therapists working from top to toe, in a synchronized rhythm performed by a therapist on each side. It is an excellent treatment for mental and physical relaxation, balancing the mind, body, and soul.
